INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL RELIEF
Volunteer Application & Website
International Medical Relief was growing fast and needed a better way to connect with its volunteers. I was thrilled to step in as the creative and UI/UX bridge between designers, developers, and Salesforce engineers to help reimagine their website and application system. By digging into user pain points, we designed a simple, accessible dashboard where volunteers could apply, upload documents, fundraise, and prep for trips. The result was a smoother process for volunteers and a huge time-saver for IMR’s admin team.
ABOUT ME
Hi! I’m Samantha. I’m a designer who loves creating brands and digital experiences that feel human and easy to connect with. I live in Colorado with my husband, two dogs, and kitty, and outside of work you’ll usually find me on a trail, at book club, or hunting for oddities.
Before design, I spent over ten years supporting small businesses with their operations and strategy. That experience taught me how to listen closely, understand what people need, and turn big ideas into clear, practical solutions. Today, I bring that same perspective into my work, balancing creativity with strategy to design experiences that work for both people and businesses.
